All our performances are interactive and last between 45 and 60 minutes. The stories are dramatised using music, dance, songs and chants.

IROKO Performances
Traditional African Storytelling & Drama
(Under 5's & above) consists of dramatised myths, legends or fables about the exploits of various African tricksters e.g.:
- Ananse, The Spider;
- Ijapa, The Tortoise;
- Leuk, The Hare, etc.
Workshops can follow the performances and can focus on any, a combination or all of the art forms that we offer.
IROKO Cultural Jamboree
A dramatic, exhilarating, colourful and interactive performance suitable for any indoor or outdoor event. Specifically designed for each individual occasion, the programme uses live drumming, dance, songs, chants and sometimes masquerades to create an unforgettable experience filled with excitement and fun. IROKO can perform at:
- School Fetes;
- Cultural events;
- Parent’s evenings;
- Open Days;
- Fundraising events, etc.
