This fun-filled workshop will enable participants to explore their creative and imaginative potentials through music-making and dance.  Activities will include:

  • learning different traditional African drumming techniques;
  • short poetry writing and composition;
  • freestyling (Rap) to live drumming;
  • creative dance workshops exploring African and Contemporary dance;
  • opportunities for participants to create and choreograph own dance routine.

Workshop can lead to demonstrations or showcase performance.
