Safety Fun Day In Plaistow Park

Date: 01/07/2009

More than 2,000 residents came together in Plaistow Park for fun in the sun at a great community party organised by Plaistow community forum and its active community team.

The Plaistow's Goal: Safety For All event included top safety tips from Plaistow's Safer Neighbourhoods Teams, plus the chance to meet mounted police and ward councillors Jonathan Knott, Joy Laguda and Neil Wilson.

Music and dance were on the agenda too, with a great line-up that included the thrilling African rhythm.
